Chasing Tables - Black Hills Screening

Film Description:

After training under two James Beard award-winning-chefs in some of the most acclaimed and important restaurants in the Pacific Northwest, Jordan Taylor, a Sioux Falls native, returned to his home state and opened a string of successful restaurants. His rise in the Sioux Falls culinary scene appears to be an unmitigated success. His story, however, is much more interesting than that.

Chasing Tables is a 45-minute-documentary that traces the ups and downs of his journey as a man and a chef, featuring interviews with acclaimed chefs Corey Schreiber and Brad Root, along with friends, colleagues, and influential culinary professionals. The film is directed by Justin Bergh, an assistant professor at Black Hills State University and Sioux Falls native. It is produced by Basement Revolution Films, a Spearfish company.
